Since all our blades are entirely handmade by humans, there might be small/minor chances of having errors or quality issues after all. AUTHENTIC KHUKURI personal will work tickling the clock for best possible quality. However, in very rare cases, few knives may skip the quality control procedures. In such situation we allow a customer to claim for a complete new one (replacement) or ask for Refund under the following conditions:
as per the Warranty policy
If in case khukuri is completely damaged
If khukuri got severe injury (unusable)
if the edge of the khukuri got broken harshly on arrival or got intensely fractured when used
Customer must ship back the khukuri to AUTHENTIC KHUKURI at his/her own cost
AUTHENTIC KHUKURI will inspect the damage/s closely with detail scanning and make replacement at its own cost (including shipping) if only required
If AUTHENTIC KHUKURI decides to make a replacement of the damaged kukri (blade) then the shipping/delivery cost from origin (factory-authentic khukuri) to destination has to be beared by the customer him/herself
Refunding is a lengthy administrative process at AUTHENTIC KHUKURI which takes about 3-5 days since we deeply investigate the cause for refund process. On approval of refund, AUTHENTIC KHUKURI will refund the whole amount.
