Blade: The knife has 5 inch long blade excluding handle and 2mm blade thickness at bottom and 1.5mm thickness at tip- a very good range. The blade’s shape is just inspired by “Jim Bowie” or “Alamo Bowie”  but while going towards handle from the tip of blade, the Kitchen Invader’s blade goes more slimmer and narrower. This knife seems like bowie but it is not a bowie. Those types of characteristics/features of blade provides a best weight at the front phase side and also in the middle section of knife to be effective and also the lethal blows. The stabbing, cutting and hacking gets easy because the knife is tip pointed at front section. The blade gets protection from rusts that makes easy maintenance and makes a beautiful looks by it’s better finished polish. Overall, Hez kitchen knife has the best weight in class.

Handle: The Micarta and brass mix round handle of 4.5 inch provides better grip than other typical/regular wooden handle and provides best grip in hand while chopping or hitting. It can be used as a power handle in case of emergency but, it will create a dent on tip of handle so, we would not recommend it. The “Guard” divider that has vertical yellow finish between blade and handle is made up of metal and brass nearby handle holding area. This guard typically helps to prevent accidents while using the knife because, the guard acts as a protector if the cutting goes wrong or stabbing goes wrong.

Scabbard: In order to have ease in carrying from the waist, a belt loop is provided with a leather black sheath. Along with belt loop one can also tie around thigh area because of the presence of lanyard loop tip to prevent wobbling in fast body motions. Two strap buttons are also provided at frog and seath towards blade area to lock knife guard’s handle.
